Rental Terms and Billing

• Season: The water sports year spans from April 1 to April 1. The summer season runs from April 1 to November 1.
• Billing: Annual costs for berths are invoiced in two 50% installments unless the agreement is made within three months before the season, in which case the full amount is invoiced at once. Power consumption is recorded biannually, with invoices issued around April 1 and November 1.

Terms of Acceptance

To secure a berth:

• The boat must be in good technical and exterior condition.
• Major exterior maintenance (e.g., sanding and painting) is not permitted in the marina.
• A recent photo of the boat must accompany the application.

Note: Berth transfer to a new boat owner requires permission from Maastricht Marina and a new mooring agreement.
