Certified training

Our sailing school has over 15 years experience in providing both practical motorboat skipper training and the theoretical courses preparing for the official Dutch licenses. We specialize in powerboats and teached hundreds of novice boaters. Our sailing school is CWO certified. This means the courses, in terms of content, methodology and equipment meet the stringent requirements stated by the Dutch sailing organization (CWO). The instructor is a certified RYA Yachtmaster professional. Do you want to cruise the Dutch and European waterways with your motorboat or barge? Start at Maastricht Marina with a customized training that will ensure safe and relaxing cruising.

Skipper training

Boating can not be learned from a book. Maneuvering a powerboat or a barge  you can only learn in practice. Our sailing school has its own course boats. You sail with a fully equipped, 10 meter steel Gillissen motorboat. We have also a small powerboat with outboard engine and even a 18 meter barge available. Important in our view is that the sailing classes are both educational and fun! Condition for a safe and relaxed cruise is that skipper and crew have the practical skills but also have sufficient theoretical knowledge. Our courses teach you everything you need to know to have a great time on the water!
